Shahkar’s organizational structure, including segregated and restructured departments:
Shahkar’s organizational structure ensures efficient and specialized management of its programs, prioritizing its mission of empowering women and protecting vulnerable populations. Leadership is provided by the Director, supported by the Deputy Director, while strategic oversight and long-term planning are guided by the Advisory Board. To achieve operational excellence, Shahkar has organized its activities into the following departments:
- Program Management Department
- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Department
- Donor Coordination and Fundraising Department
- Administration Department
- Finance Department
- Protection and Gender Advocacy Department
- IT and Digital Innovation/ Media and Visibility Department
All departments operate under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with Shahkar’s policies and strategic goals.
